The TCNJ Music Department held their first Virtual Tuesday Recital on Nov. 10. Normally Tuesday Recitals are performed live in Mayo Concert Hall, but due to the pandemic they have been moved to virtual performances.
Despite the challenges of online learning this semester, the College’s music department is welcoming four new music professors: professor of music theory Dr. José Beviá, voice professor Steven Eddy, voice professor Mark Moliterno and assistant director of bands Adam Warshafsky. This marks the second time that Moliterno will be teaching at the College.
More than three months ago, the killing of an innocent and unarmed Black man by a police officer was caught on tape. Its release to the internet prompted a wave of protests, both in the streets and on social media, that rocked the entire world. That wave is showing no signs of stopping.
