The Kendall Hall Main Stage Theater was filled with jazz, solos and a wide showcase of talent as the TCNJ Jazz Ensemble gathered for its concert on Nov. 15.
Emotions were high in the Mayo Concert Hall on Sunday, Feb.10 as the Music Students Association put on the Zujkowski American Heart Association Benefit Concert in memory of senior music education major Jason Zujkowski, who died last November.
The College’s only all female a cappella group, the Treblemakers, came out with a bang at their spring 2018 concert on Sunday, April 29 in Mayo Concert Hall.

Four a cappella groups rocked Mayo Concert Hall on Monday, Aug. 28, at the annual, “Fellas, Bellas and A Cappella” concert, which brought Welcome Week 2017 to a close.
Kesha’s Fuck the World Tour landed at the College on the night of Friday, April 7, evoking nostalgia and empowerment from the College’s students. Since Kesha first released her album “Animal” in 2010, most students at the College grew up listening to her music, so they were excited to revisit some of their favorite throwbacks like “Tik Tok” and “Your Love is my Drug.”
John O’Callaghan, lead singer of The Maine, said he would rather “poop his pants” than talk politics. Luckily for the audience, he talked about everything but. Even if he had, it wouldn’t have stopped him from dancing wildly across the stage and encouraging more than 500 students to let loose after a long winter break.
The Filharmonic performed songs such as “Chains” by Nick Jonas, “Shut up and Dance with Me” by Walk the Moon. Every song was well-known, so the audience could easily pick it up and sing along with them, except from their original song, “Get up and Go.” However, the group taught the audience the verses, so they could sing, too.
