The field hockey team remains undefeated, as they ended this weekend with back-to-back wins against Juniata College and Albright University at Lions Stadium.
The football team ended its season with a dominant 27-0 victory over Southern Virginia University on Friday, Nov. 10, at home. The Lions were good on both sides of the ball against Southern Virginia. For the seniors on the team, the game could not have gone any better.
The men’s and women’s cross country teams had a busy opening weekend. On Friday, Sept. 1, the Lions competed at the Houghton Short Course Twilight Invitational. Then on Saturday, Sept. 2, the Lions competed against Division I teams at Rosedale Park in Pennington, New Jersey. Both teams came in first at Houghton, New York.
For me, this issue of Lion’s Eye is one dipped in both nostalgia and creativity. The stunning photography makes me yearn for the longer days of summer and sunsets on the beach.
